These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GSA Link Surge (“GSA Link Surge”, “we”, “us”), available at gsalinksurge.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these Terms.
GSA Link Surge provides a subscription that delivers verified link-target data (“feeds”) for use with GSA Search Engine Ranker (“GSA SER”). Feeds are delivered live through a personal, key-gated URL you add to your own software. We continuously re-verify targets and filter them for quality, but we do not guarantee any specific number of live targets at any moment.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your license key and feed URL private. Your key is personal to your subscription. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or publishing your feed URL, license key, or the target data you receive is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without refund. We may revoke or re-issue keys at any time to protect the Service.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and only with software you are licensed to operate. You may not use the Service to engage in illegal activity, to target sites you are not authorised to interact with, or in any way that violates third-party rights. You are solely responsible for how you use the data and any links you build.
PayPal subscriptions are offered on monthly, 3-month, 6-month and annual terms and renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. Cryptocurrency purchases are one-time payments for the selected term and expire unless renewed. Payments are processed by PayPal and, where offered, cryptocurrency providers. You can cancel PayPal auto-renewal at any time from your members area; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid term.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service, including the website, brand, and the compiled and filtered feed data, is owned by GSA Link Surge and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the feeds for your own link-building during an active subscription. No other rights are granted.
GSA Link Surge is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GSA Search Engine Ranker or its makers. Search engine optimisation results depend on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of rankings, traffic, indexing, or any specific SEO outcome.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSA Link Surge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms, including sharing or reselling feeds. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
