We want you to be confident in GSA Link Surge. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase on any plan. Email [email protected] from your account email and we will process eligible refunds promptly.
Send your request from the email address on your account, with your plan and the approximate purchase date. There is no need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.
After the initial 7-day window, payments (including subscription renewals) are non-refundable.
PayPal subscriptions: these renew automatically at the start of each selected billing term. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your members area to stop future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cryptocurrency purchases: these are one-time payments for the selected term and do not auto-renew. When your term ends, access pauses until you choose to purchase again.
Refunds may be declined where we detect sharing, reselling, or redistribution of your feed URL, license key, or target data, or other breaches of our Terms & Conditions.
Where a purchase was made with cryptocurrency, approved refunds are issued in the equivalent fiat value at the time of refund, or as account credit, at our discretion.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we are quick to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
